Ordering
Orders should be placed online using the shopping cart. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact us at info@dshandbag.com and we’ll be happy to assist you. For customers who do not want to give credit card information online, please create your order in the shopping cart and choose Phone Order as your method of payment at time of check out, submit your order and please email us at info@dshandbag.com.
All orders must be prepaid by major credit cards. We reserve the right to cancel orders shipped to unverified accounts or those shipped to a third party. On Credit Card transactions, if the Bill To and Ship To are not the same, at our discretion, we will request a Credit Card Authorization Form be submitted to us, along with a copy of the Bill To party’s Credit Card and Driver’s License for orders to be shipped to a third party.
Shipping We offer flat shipping fee to domestic (USA) Customers and online real-time tool for international shipping. If for some reason the shipping rate is more than what you paid online, you agree for us to bill your credit card for the full or remaining shipping charge. We will notify you in advance and if you do not agree, We reserve the right to cancel your order.
Order Turnaround
DS Handbag ships everyday Monday – Friday 8am-6pm. We strive to process your order & ship within 2 business days. If your order is urgent, please email us at info@dshandbag.com to “expedite” your order for an additional fee.
Order Cancellations
Because our orders are processed so quickly, The actual amount of time will vary depending upon the season, but in most cases the order will have undergone processing in less than three hours and therefore will not be able to be cancelled.
Damage Claims
Please inspect all packages at time of delivery and, if damaged, note on the UPS driver’s delivery receipt when you sign for it, contact UPS by phone (1-800-PICKUPS) to report it directly to them, and then contact us so we may process your claim. If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking your order, leave the box and contents as is, save all of the packing material and contact UPS to arrange an inspection of your package, and contact us so we may process your claims.
Special Promotions
From time to time, we run special promotions on select products for limited periods of time. This could be based on various reasons including bulk discounts that we negotiated with our vendors or clearance discounts on discontinued items.
User Agreement
Customers should purchase products from DS Handbag with the clear understanding that all products must be used at the customers own discretion and only after referencing Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and all other relevant technical information specific to the product.
